Digital versions can be accessed on the company website (www.hklistco.com/8140) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Management encourages stakeholders to use the online editions to facilitate timely review and reduce printing.

Shareholders who cannot receive email alerts or access the web versions may request free printed copies. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 8140-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive all future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their broker, bank, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Until an email address is supplied through these intermediaries, BOSATECH will continue to dispatch only printed notices of publication.
