Seres Group Co., Ltd. (SERES) released a detailed roster of its governing bodies dated 25 June 2026, confirming a 13-member Board with clearly assigned roles across five specialised committees.

The Board now consists of four executive directors—Zhang Xinghai, Yin Xianzhi, Kang Bo and Liu Ling; four non-executive directors—Zhang Kebang, Yang Yanding, Zhou Changling and Gao Zhenghao; and five independent non-executive directors—Li Kaiguo, Jing Xufeng, Ngai Ming Tak, Li Ming and Zhang Guolin.
