Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. said that, as of Apr, 30 2026, there have been no material developments in the winding-up petition filed by Yap GRC Construction Sdn. Bhd. against Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd., the group’s 71%-owned Malaysian subsidiary.

The company had previously disclosed the petition on Feb, 27 2026 and provided an update on Mar, 31 2026. It now confirms that the matter has not led to any significant impact on the group’s financial position.

Kingsmen Creatives added that it will release further announcements should there be any material changes, in accordance with Singapore Exchange listing rules.
