Ever Glory United Holdings Limited announced the issue and allotment of 2 million new shares under its public offer at 0.64 Singapore dollars per share, raising its issued share base from 379,067,257 to 381,067,257 shares.

The newly issued shares are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on Dec, 19 2025. Shareholders will vote on the company’s proposed transfer from the Catalist board to the Mainboard at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Dec, 22 2025.
