Mynt, Inc., an affiliate of Globe Telecom, has fixed the final offer price for its planned initial public offering at 6.60 per share. The transaction covers 8,027,409,600 common shares with an overallotment option for up to 1,204,111,400 additional secondary shares.

The company’s listing remains subject to the fulfilment of conditions outlined in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s pre-effective letter, the Philippine Stock Exchange’s notice of approval, the SEC’s issuance of a permit to sell, and other customary requirements. Mynt previously filed its registration statement on Jun, 27 2026, received the SEC’s pre-effective letter on Sep, 05 2026, and obtained the PSE notice of approval on Sep, 17 2026.
