China Everbright Water Limited announced on Sep, 29 2026 that it has begun voluntary liquidation proceedings for E+B Umwelttechnik GmbH, its 80%-owned indirect subsidiary incorporated in Germany, and has appointed a liquidator to oversee the process.

The move is aimed at optimizing the group’s resource allocation and enhancing operational efficiency.

The company said it does not expect the liquidation to have any material effect on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
