PICC GROUP (01339) has announced that, following a resolution passed at a board meeting, the board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms. Yang Dongning as an executive director of the company's fifth board of directors.

Ms. Yang Dongning's tenure as an executive director will commence from the date when the shareholders' meeting elects her to the position and her qualification is approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, and will remain in effect until the expiration of the term of the fifth board of directors. Upon the conclusion of this term, she may be eligible for re-election and reappointment.
