Edvantage Group Holdings Limited will convene its board of directors on 28 April 2026 to examine and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend for the same period, if any.

The meeting was announced by Chairman and Executive Director Liu Yung Chau on 15 April 2026. The Board currently comprises three executive directors—Liu Yung Chau, Chen Yuan, Rita and Liu Yi Man—one non-executive director, Liu Yung Kan, and three independent non-executive directors, Xu Gang, O’Yang Wiley and Li Jiatong.
