Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) announced on Sep, 10 2026 that it has issued 297,620,000 new units at 2.10 Singapore dollars each via a private placement, raising gross proceeds of approximately 625.0 million Singapore dollars.

The new units, which begin trading on the Singapore Exchange Main Board at 9:00 a.m. on Sep, 10 2026, will rank pari passu with existing units except they will not participate in the previously declared advanced distribution.

With the completion of the placement, the total number of Keppel DC REIT units in issue has risen to 2,745,225,207.

The transaction was conducted outside the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Japan, Malaysia and Australia, except to eligible institutional and professional investors under applicable exemptions.
