GOLDENPOWER (03919) has disclosed its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$334 million, representing an increase of 4.96% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was HK$32.6 thousand, a significant turnaround from a loss of HK$6.372 million recorded in the same period last year. Earnings per share stood at HK1.08 cent.

The shift from a loss to a profit attributable to shareholders was primarily due to the combined effect of the following factors: an increase in revenue of approximately HK$15.77 million; recognized government subsidies of around HK$1.17 million; and a net increase in exchange gains of about HK$8.71 million.
