China Resources Medical Holdings Company Limited (CR MEDICAL) has released the English and Chinese versions of its circular, notice and proxy form for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The documents are available for download on the company’s website (www.crmedical.hk) and on the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered and non-registered shareholders wishing to obtain printed copies can complete the request form provided, sign it and return it to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. A postage-paid mailing label is supplied for replies posted within Hong Kong; overseas mail requires standard postage. Alternatively, a scanned copy of the completed request form can be emailed to crmedical.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries regarding the dispatch of printed materials can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

The notification was issued on 3 June 2026 and signed by Chairman Yu Hai on behalf of the board. Shareholders who have already disposed of their holdings are advised to disregard the communication.
