FORGAME has disclosed a series of share disposals. The company announced that on June 18, 2026, it sold 650,200 Jinbei shares on the open market, generating proceeds of approximately RMB 2.116 million, excluding transaction costs. The sale price per share was around RMB 3.25.

Furthermore, the company revealed that between May 26, 2026, and June 18, 2026, inclusive of the final transaction, it sold a total of 1.9002 million Jinbei shares. The aggregate proceeds from these disposals amounted to roughly RMB 6.581 million, excluding transaction costs, with an average sale price of approximately RMB 3.46 per share.

Following the completion of the sale on June 18, the company confirmed it no longer holds any shares in Jinbei.
