The legal action pertains to the company's inclusion on the updated Section 1260H list as a "Chinese Military Company" by the Department of Defense on June 8, 2026.

The company firmly asserts that the Defense Department's decision to designate it under Section 1260H is erroneous and lacks a foundation in factual evidence or support under applicable statutes and legal precedent.

These include declaring the Defense Department's designation as invalid and without legal effect, overturning and vacating the decision, and removing Wuxi Apptec from the 1260H list.
