Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited (HKG: 00268) saw its shares jump more than 7% in early trading on Thursday, reaching as high as HKD 7.90, with a turnover of HKD 183 million.

The company recently showcased its "Lingji" platform at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference. Analysts from Essence Securities noted that Lingji is deeply integrated with Kingdee's SaaS products, embedding itself into core enterprise processes while also offering open connectivity to link with other business systems. This marks a strategic shift from simply enhancing application features to building a platform-level AI infrastructure, which could drive deeper AI adoption in enterprise management.

UBS released a research report stating that Kingdee International's fundamentals are steadily improving. The bank upgraded its rating from "Neutral" to "Buy" and slightly raised its target price from HKD 9.70 to HKD 9.80. UBS believes that after years of transitioning to a subscription-based model, the company will continue to benefit from operational leverage. Furthermore, AI monetization and efficiency gains could provide additional upside potential. UBS also highlighted that Kingdee, leveraging its robust public cloud infrastructure and extensive customer base, is well-positioned to capture the growing demand for emerging AI technologies.
