Imperium Financial Group Limited (8029) has announced its unaudited interim figures for the six-month period ended 30 September 2025. Revenue amounted to HK$11.26 million, representing a 27% decrease compared to the same period last year. Gross profit reached HK$6.63 million, compared to approximately HK$3.15 million in the prior year.

Loss attributable to owners of the company stood at HK$17.10 million, reflecting a decrease from the HK$21.53 million loss in the same period last year. The directors did not recommend any interim dividend. Management noted that revenue from financial services increased during the period, while contributions from cryptocurrency activities and sales of electronic appliances declined. As of 30 September 2025, the Group had net liabilities of HK$97.47 million, and cash and cash equivalents totaling HK$28.52 million.
