TRADEGO (08017) announced that the group plans to establish strategic cooperation with BRETON Technology Co., Ltd. (BRETON) and Golden Continent Holdings Limited (GCH) for the global issuance of Real World Assets (RWA). The three parties plan to jointly sign a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in the near future.

BRETON is a high-tech enterprise in the field of new energy engineering machinery, possessing quality underlying assets including new energy equipment operating income rights and green carbon reduction assets. GCH's subsidiary holds Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission Type 1 (including virtual asset trading), Type 4, and Type 9 licenses, with compliant RWA issuance capabilities. The group's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary TradeGo Markets Limited (TGM) holds SFC Type 1 and Type 7 licenses and will serve as the lead underwriter for funds under the cooperation, responsible for market distribution and subscription arrangements.

The three parties plan to jointly promote three core cooperation areas: First, RWA tokenization, packaging BRETON's new energy equipment operating income rights and green carbon reduction assets on-chain to form divisible and auditable on-chain financial products. Second, building a compliant Web3 payment system by integrating a compliant Web3 payment system into BRETON's business ecosystem to optimize payment and settlement efficiency. Third, digital asset issuance and circulation under the Hong Kong framework, with GCH's licensed subsidiary responsible for compliant issuance of tokenized assets and TGM responsible for product underwriting and subscription arrangements, constructing a complete chain of "physical asset tokenization - RWA token on-chain issuance - asset token circulation and trading."

Currently, global institutions' acceptance of digital currencies and decentralized finance continues to rise, with RWA becoming an important pathway for enterprise innovative financing and asset liquidity optimization. Through the planned strategic cooperation with BRETON and GCH, the group can fully integrate the advantages of all three parties: leveraging BRETON's green physical asset foundation, combined with GCH's compliant financial service capabilities and the group's licensed underwriting advantages, to explore innovative services such as RWA tokenization and digital asset funds, helping green assets achieve transparent, standardized, and globalized circulation.
