Effective the same date, Ms. Chin Shan Shan will join as an Executive Director. Ms. Chin, aged 36, currently serves as a director of Beijing Chuan Xing Yu Culture Media Co., Ltd., an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Transmit Entertainment. With over a decade of experience in the film, television, and artist management fields, Ms. Chin’s recent roles include founding Alala Entertainment Limited and holding various management positions in the cultural and media sectors. She has entered into a three-year service contract without receiving a director’s emolument. The company extended a warm welcome to Ms. Chin on her new appointment.
