United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company, announced that Public Joint Stock Company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS has delisted the company’s BO-001P-12 series exchange-traded bonds from its “Second Level” quotation list effective 25 March 2026.

The excluded securities are non-documentary, interest-bearing, non-convertible bonds issued under RUSAL’s 001Р programme. Each bond carries a face value of CNY 1,000, matures 360 days from placement, and is identified by ISIN RU000A10B784. The issue was registered on 14 February 2025 under number 4В02-12-16677-A-001Р.
