Mongolian Mining: Option Exercise Adds 7.50 Thousand Shares in July; Public Float Stays Compliant

For the month ended 31 July 2026, Mongolian Mining Corporation reported a marginal increase of 7,500 ordinary shares, taking total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 1.03 billion shares. The new shares were created through the exercise of employee share options priced at HK$3.26, generating HK$0.02 million in proceeds.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.10 each, equivalent to authorised capital of USD 150.00 million.

Share-based incentives: • Scheme 1 (exercise price HK$3.26) now has 15.25 million options outstanding after 7,500 were exercised during the month; a further 7.56 million shares are still available for future grants under this tranche. • Scheme 2 (exercise price HK$7.134) retains 41.88 million outstanding options. Combined, 57.12 million options are outstanding, equal to roughly 5.52 % of the enlarged share capital.

Repurchase status: A previously announced repurchase of 12.35 million shares (transaction dated 21 May 2026) remains pending cancellation; no new treasury shares were created or cancelled in July.

Regulatory compliance: The company confirmed that public float exceeds the 22.3 % minimum required under the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules. No warrants, convertible securities, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were outstanding or issued during the period.
