Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (the Group) reported total revenue of approximately HK$26.5 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025, up from HK$20.7 million in the same period last year. Gross profit increased to about HK$12.4 million.

Net profit after tax for the period reached around HK$1.0 million, compared with a net loss of about HK$5.9 million in the previous year. According to the announcement, this turnaround was mainly due to factors such as higher revenue, growth in operations in Mainland China, Macau, and Southeast Asia, as well as reduced administrative costs through enhanced cost management.

The board resolved not to declare an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2025.
