OKP subsidiary wins 22.6 million Singapore dollars JTC contract for CleanTech Loop

OKP Holdings Limited announced on Nov, 12 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, has secured a 22.6 million Singapore dollars contract from JTC Corporation to build infrastructure at CleanTech Loop (Phase 2A) within Jurong Innovation District.

The 22-month project started in Oct, 2025 and is scheduled for completion in Aug, 2027. Works include a new dual-two lane road, sewer and drainage systems, an elevated 750 sqm pedestrian and cycling connection slab, earthworks, slope stabilisation, landscaping, and related mechanical and electrical installations.

JTC is using the New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Option C Target Cost Contract for this build, a model that shares cost savings or overruns between client and contractor.

The award raises OKP’s net construction order book to 615.9 million Singapore dollars, with projects extending through 2031.
