E-COMMODITIES (01733) announced that on September 8, 2025, the company entered into Counter-Guarantee Contract I with Xiangyu Co. Under the agreement, E-COMMODITIES agrees to provide counter-guarantee I to Xiangyu Co. with a total amount not exceeding RMB 26.95 million, based on its 49% equity proportion in Xianghui Energy.

The counter-guarantee covers the corresponding proportional guarantee amount that Xiangyu Co. may pay to designated Bank A under Bank Guarantee Contract I regarding related bank credit facilities, as well as any accrued interest, penalty fees, compensation, and other related costs and expenses.
