Eagle Nice (International) has announced that its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company website (https://www.eaglenice.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company encourages shareholders to review these materials online. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the electronic versions, or who prefer hard copies, may submit the provided request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 2368-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders holding Eagle Nice shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries should supply their email addresses to those intermediaries to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until a functional email address is provided, notices of publication will be sent in paper form.
