The memorandum outlines two main focus areas for this partnership: "Financialization of IP Assets" and "Digital Asset Management." B.Duck will provide services in screening and licensing quality IP and artistic assets, organizing underlying cash flows, supporting brand marketing resources, and connecting with global fan communities and membership systems. On the other hand, GOFINTECH QUANT holds licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and will leverage its expertise in cross-border investment to offer professional financial services such as RWA securitization product design and issuance, underlying asset allocation, virtual asset trading, and digital asset management.
