Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on June 25th, Chairman of the Board Xu Feng purchased an additional 38,000 shares of TOMSON GROUP (HKEX: 00258). The transaction was executed at HK$1.98 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$75,200.

Following this acquisition, Xu Feng's total shareholding in the company has increased to approximately 974 million shares, representing a 43.12% ownership stake.
