Echo International Holdings Group Limited (the “Company”) announced a change of auditor. Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited resigned on 26 February 2026 due to the inability to reach a fee consensus for auditing the consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2026. According to Rongcheng’s resignation letter, there were no other matters needing attention from shareholders.

The board of directors and the audit committee confirmed no disagreements or unresolved issues were connected to this change. The Company appointed Wilson & Partners CPA Limited to fill the vacancy, effective on 26 February 2026, and Wilson & Partners will hold office until the completion of the next annual general meeting. According to the announcement, Wilson & Partners was selected based on factors such as its industry experience, independence, market standing, resources, and compliance with relevant guidelines.

The board expressed gratitude for Rongcheng’s past services and welcomed Wilson & Partners as the new auditor of the Company.
