INFINITY L&T (01442) announced that due to an unforeseen delay in the appointment of Nexia, the auditor requires additional time to complete certain audit procedures. These procedures include, but are not limited to, (i) obtaining audit confirmations from banks, customers, and suppliers; and (ii) verifying opening balances. Consequently, the company anticipates it will be unable to publish the group's audited annual results for the current financial year (the 2025 Annual Results) by March 31, 2026, as required by Rule 13.49(1) of the Listing Rules. The company is working closely with Nexia to finalize the group's audit for the current year. Based on the current progress, the company expects to publish a preliminary announcement for the 2025 Annual Results on April 9, 2026, and to dispatch the annual report for the current financial year by April 30, 2026. As the company expects it will be unable to publish the 2025 Annual Results by March 31, 2026, its shares will be suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange effective 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, pursuant to Rule 13.50 of the Listing Rules, until the 2025 Annual Results are published.
