A dramatic corporate dispute has escalated after a court-backed rights recovery turned into a physical confrontation. Sichuan Haite High-Tech Co.,Ltd. (002023.SZ) announced late last night that, despite receiving final court judgments and arbitration awards in its favor regarding a shareholder rights dispute involving Huaxin Technology, the opposing party, Haiyue Holdings, has refused to comply. On August 18, 2026, the company, together with other shareholders of Huaxin Technology, lawfully moved to restore certain shareholder rights and stated it would continue to pursue legal remedies in accordance with regulations.

However, Huaxin Technology painted a starkly different picture. In a WeChat public account announcement on August 19, it claimed that at around 4:00 PM on August 18, 2026, over 100 individuals organized by Sichuan Haite High-Tech Co.,Ltd. forcibly entered its premises and seized four seals, including the company's Party committee seal, corporate seal, contract seal, and a handwritten signature stamp bearing the name "Ma Xiaoli." Police were called to the scene, but as of the announcement date, the seals had not been recovered. Huaxin Technology issued a stern declaration: effective from 4:00 PM on August 18, 2026, no entity or individual is authorized to conduct business or sign any documents, contracts, agreements, or legal instruments using the aforementioned seals. It further stated that any documents, contracts, agreements, or transactions executed with the lost seals after that time will not be recognized, and it will assume no legal liability, with the user bearing all legal consequences and economic losses.

On August 20, reporters visited the office of Chengdu Haiwei Huaxin Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haiwei Huaxin") in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Security personnel at the entrance conducted strict checks on all personnel entering and exiting, but the scene appeared calm and operations seemed to be running normally. An employee leaving the building confirmed the incident to reporters, saying, "It was quite chaotic on-site. Everyone was panicked because no one knew what was happening. We heard it was a dispute or conflict between the two major shareholders." However, the employee, who has been with the company for a short time, said they were unclear about the historical background and the specifics of the shareholder disagreement. Subsequent attempts to contact both companies proved difficult. Calls to Sichuan Haite High-Tech Co.,Ltd.'s front desk and securities department went unanswered, while Haiwei Huaxin's front desk declined to comment, stating, "We are not accepting any interviews or inquiries at this time and will issue a unified response later."
