China Tower Keeps Share Capital Unchanged at 17.60 Billion in June 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

China Tower Corporation Limited (China Tower) reported that its authorised and issued share capital was unchanged during June 2026, according to the monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 02 July 2026.

The group’s total authorised share capital stood at 17.60 billion shares with a par value of RMB1 each, split between 12.93 billion domestic shares and 4.67 billion H shares. No increases, decreases, conversions or cancellations were recorded for either class during the month.

Issued share capital mirrored the authorised structure: 12.93 billion domestic shares and 4.67 billion H shares remained outstanding. The filing confirms that China Tower held no treasury shares as at 30 June 2026 and carried out no share repurchases, option exercises, warrant conversions or other equity-linked issuances.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 per cent minimum public-float requirement for its H-share class.

The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Leung Suet Wing.
