China's Ministry of Commerce has released data showing that the consumer goods trade-in policy has driven over 1.25 trillion yuan in related product sales this year, benefiting 169 million people and providing strong support for stable consumption growth.

Green products have seen widespread popularity. The proportion of new energy vehicles receiving trade-in subsidies has steadily increased this year, reaching 65.4% in June. Smart consumption has also accelerated. From January to June, sales of digital and smart products grew by 13.4% year-on-year, with a single-month increase of 32.0% in June. Smart glasses have emerged as a new hotspot in smart consumption.

New consumption patterns are driving the development of new industries. Nineteen regions have implemented independent category subsidy policies, driving sales of 992,000 related products. Cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangsu have included cutting-edge smart products, such as embodied intelligent robots, in their independent subsidy categories, creating market space for new technologies, industries, and tracks.

The trade-in policy's coverage continues to expand. The number of offline participants has increased by 28.1% year-on-year, further stimulating market vitality in counties and townships.
