InnoTek's stock plummeted 6.33% in early trading on Friday, following the release of its full-year financial results.
The company reported a 65.6% year-on-year decline in net profit attributable to shareholders to S$2.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. Group revenue fell 11.8% to S$209.9 million, as weaker contributions from automotive, office-automation, and TV/display businesses offset growth in its GPU-server components segment.
Gross profit margin contracted to 13.6% from 15.3%, and exceptional charges of S$1.6 million further weighed on the bottom line. Despite a positive outlook for AI data center demand and expansion plans in Southeast Asia, the weak financial performance likely drove investor selling pressure.
