CC SECURITIES (ASX: 01375) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its board composition.

The appointment of Mr. Jiang Dejie as a director of the Seventh Board of Directors, which was approved via a resolution at the annual general meeting, has now taken effect. His term commenced from the date of the annual meeting and will continue until the conclusion of the Seventh Board's tenure, effective from June 30, 2026.

Concurrently, Mr. Tang Jin will step down from his role as a non-executive director of the Seventh Board due to reaching retirement age. His resignation will become effective from June 30, 2026.

Furthermore, the composition of the Seventh Board's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee has been adjusted. These changes are effective from the date of approval for Mr. Jiang Dejie's directorship, which is June 30, 2026, and will remain in place until the Seventh Board's term concludes.
