STERLING GP has announced a series of changes to its board of directors and key committee roles.

Effective June 5, 2026, Mr. Wang Yunji has resigned from his positions as an executive director, authorized representative, and legal process agent.

Ms. Zhang Man has been appointed as the new authorized representative.

Additionally, Ms. Zhang Yuan has resigned from her roles as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the remuneration committee, and as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee.
