Most Kwai Chung Limited will convene its annual general meeting (AGM) on 31 July 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room, 2/F, Hotel Ease‧Tsuen Wan, 15–19 Chun Pin Street, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.

Key resolutions to be tabled: • Financial statements: Receive and consider the audited accounts, directors’ report and independent auditor’s report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. • Board composition: Re-election of two executive directors—Dr. Ma Liyang and Ms. Cheng Taohong—and three independent non-executive directors—Dr. Chen Yang, Dr. Yuan Yuan and Ms. Yuan Fan. • Directors’ remuneration: Authorisation for the board to determine remuneration for the year ending 31 March 2027. • Auditor: Re-appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited and authorisation for the board to set its remuneration.

Proposed ordinary resolutions: • Share buy-back mandate: Authorisation for the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued shares (excluding any treasury shares) during the mandate period. • Issuance mandate: Approval for the allotment and issuance of new shares up to 20% of the issued share capital (excluding any treasury shares), with flexibility to grant options or convertible instruments. • Extension of issuance mandate: Permits expansion of the 20% issuance limit by the number of shares bought back under the 10% repurchase mandate.
