CITIC Securities Company Limited (Stock Code: 6030) has disclosed preliminary financial data for its controlled subsidiary China Asset Management Co., Ltd. (ChinaAMC) based on the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises. The data is included in the upcoming 2025 annual results of IGM Financial Inc., the controlling shareholder of Mackenzie Financial Corporation, which holds a 27.8% equity interest in ChinaAMC.

According to the announcement, as of 31 December 2025, ChinaAMC recorded total assets of RMB22.246 billion and total liabilities of RMB7.151 billion. In 2025, ChinaAMC reported an operating revenue of RMB9.626 billion and a net profit of RMB2.396 billion. Its total comprehensive income reached RMB2.368 billion, and the assets under management (at the parent level) amounted to RMB3,014.484 billion.

The figures, which have not yet undergone audit procedures, will appear in CITIC Securities’ 2025 annual report upon completion. Investors are reminded that these are preliminary results, and the final numbers may be subject to adjustments.
