Harbin Electric Company Limited (“Harbin Electric,” 1133) convened a Board meeting on 27 October 2025 and approved the appointment of Mr. Chen Hui as a senior vice-president, effective from the date of the announcement.

Mr. Chen, born in 1975 and aged 50, holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial electric automation and a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He is a senior engineer, a standing member of the Party committee of Harbin Electric, and the deputy general manager and a standing member of the Party committee of Harbin Electric Corporation (“HE”). Before joining HE, he served in various leadership roles in Three Gorges Hydropower Generation Plant, Xiluodu Hydropower Generation Plant, Wudongde and Baihetan Power Generation Plant, as well as China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. and China Three Gorges International Corporation. Mr. Chen’s appointment as senior vice-president at Harbin Electric took effect immediately as of 27 October 2025.
