DMALL buys back 575,700 shares for HK$3.51 million; outstanding share count trimmed by 0.07%

Dmall Inc. (DMALL) disclosed a next-day return confirming the on-market repurchase of 575,700 ordinary shares on 6 July 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$6.04 to HK$6.17, for an aggregate consideration of HK$3.51 million and a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.10 per share.

Following the transaction, Dmall’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 868.92 million to 868.35 million, a reduction of 0.07%. The repurchased stock was retained as treasury shares, lifting the treasury balance to 69.16 million shares, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 937.51 million.

The buy-back formed part of the mandate granted by shareholders on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 88.37 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Dmall has bought back 15.37 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 1.74% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring treasury shares until 5 August 2026. The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
