Kelfred Holdings Limited has released a shareholder notice outlining four options for receiving future corporate communications, which cover documents such as directors’ reports, financial statements, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.

Shareholders may: 1) access documents online through the company website and receive either an email or postal notification; 2) request printed English versions only; 3) request printed Chinese versions only; or 4) request both printed English and Chinese versions.

To promote cost efficiency and environmental responsibility, the board encourages the online option. The deadline for submitting the completed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited is 27 May 2026.

If no reply is received by the deadline, shareholders will be deemed to have elected the website option and will receive future notifications of publication by email or post. Shareholders retain the right to change their selection at any time by giving reasonable written or email notice to the Hong Kong branch share registrar.

Printed copies of all future communications will remain available on request, and both language versions will be accessible on the HKEX website and the company website.
