CHINFMINING (01258) has announced that for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, the company estimates a profit attributable to shareholders of approximately $356 million, representing a year-on-year increase of about 13%. This growth in economic indicators is primarily attributed to the rise in international copper prices and an increase in the production and sales volume of cathode copper compared to the previous year.

For the nine months ending September 30, 2025, the company produced approximately 107,700 tonnes of cathode copper (including copper processing services), a year-on-year increase of approximately 12%, achieving about 77% of the annual production target. Of this, the output from owned mines was approximately 63,900 tonnes, remaining relatively flat compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the total production of blister copper and anode copper (including copper processing services) was approximately 307,600 tonnes, marking a year-on-year increase of approximately 7%, also meeting about 77% of the annual production goal. The output of blister copper and anode copper from owned mines was approximately 54,200 tonnes, showing a year-on-year decrease of about 6%.

The company also produced approximately 788,300 tonnes of sulfuric acid, an increase of about 2% year-on-year, achieving approximately 79% of its annual target. Furthermore, the production of cobalt hydroxide containing cobalt was about 676 tonnes, a decrease of about 12% year-on-year, meeting around 75% of the annual production goal. Lastly, the total production of liquid sulfur dioxide was approximately 1,442 tonnes, reflecting a significant decline of about 90% year-on-year, achieving only 14% of the annual target.
