Uxin Group, a used car retailer, has formally entered into a cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province to jointly develop the Uxin (Jiangyin) Automotive Eco-Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park. The project involves a total planned investment of 10 billion yuan and represents Uxin's first used car warehouse factory store initiative in the Yangtze River Delta region.

The Uxin Jiangyin project integrates an intelligent reconditioning factory with a warehouse-style superstore, comprehensively covering business segments such as vehicle inspection, maintenance and reconditioning, storage and display, transaction and delivery, and title transfer services. It is projected to accommodate up to approximately 5,000 vehicles, establishing itself as a modern automotive service complex.

Jing Wenbing, Chief Strategy Officer of Uxin Group, stated that Jiangyin is strategically located at the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta. Within a 100-kilometer radius of Jiangyin, the resident population exceeds 30 million people, and the number of vehicles in use surpasses 12 million, indicating substantial potential for the automotive aftermarket. Uxin aims to leverage advanced intelligent remanufacturing factories, big data operational platforms, and standardized service systems to develop the Jiangyin project into a used car circulation and service hub radiating across the Yangtze River Delta. This initiative is intended to support the upgrade of regional automotive consumption and promote industry development towards greater standardization, branding, and normalization.
