The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said it received a report on October 4 of an incident 60 nautical miles south of Al Mukha, Yemen.

The company security officer reported that a tanker observed multiple explosions near the vessel.

Crew members reported they were safe, and no environmental impact occurred.
