On April 8 and 9, the Jilin Provincial Development and Reform Commission granted approvals for four wind power projects developed by China Power Construction. The approved projects include the Dehui Dafangshen 210 MW Wind Power Project, the Dehui Tiantai 340 MW Wind Power Project, the Taonan 300 MW Wind Power Project, and the Tongyu 300 MW Wind Power Project, with a combined capacity of 1,150 megawatts.
The Dehui Dafangshen 210 MW Wind Power Project is located across several towns in Dehui City, Changchun. It will have a total installed capacity of 210 MW, comprising 16 wind turbines of 8.33 MW each, 8 turbines of 8.34 MW each, and one 10 MW turbine. A new 220 kV booster station will also be constructed. The project owner is Dehui Juyuan New Energy Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately 863.61 million yuan and a construction period of 24 months.
The Dehui Tiantai 340 MW Wind Power Project is situated in multiple towns within Dehui City. It will install 24 units of 8.33 MW turbines, 12 units of 8.34 MW turbines, and 4 units of 10 MW turbines, totaling 340 MW in capacity. A new 220 kV booster station will be built. The project is owned by Dehui Juyuan New Energy Co., Ltd., with an investment of about 1.485 billion yuan and a 24-month construction timeline.
The Taonan 300 MW Wind Power Project is located in Taonan City, Baicheng. It will consist of 30 units of 10 MW wind turbines, achieving a total capacity of 300 MW, along with a new 220 kV booster station. The project owner is Taonan Juyuan New Energy Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately 1.315 billion yuan and a construction period of 24 months.
The Tongyu 300 MW Wind Power Project will be constructed in Tongyu County. It will include 30 units of 10 MW wind turbines, totaling 300 MW in capacity, and a new 220 kV booster station. The project is owned by Tongyu China Power Construction Power Generation Co., Ltd., with an investment of about 1.276 billion yuan and a construction timeline of 24 months.
