Homeland Interactive Executes HKD 26,800 On-Market Buyback, Outstanding Shares Slip to 1.26 Billion

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. conducted a small-scale share repurchase on 24 September 2026, acquiring 20,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a uniform price of HKD 1.34 per share. The transaction totaled HKD 26,800.

Following the buyback: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0016 % to 1.26 billion. • Treasury shares increased from 22.03 million to 22.05 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.28 billion, as the repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock and not cancelled.

Repurchase mandate utilisation: • Shareholders authorised management on 12 June 2026 to repurchase up to 127.45 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 13.16 million shares, equivalent to 1.03 % of the company’s issued share capital on the date the mandate was granted. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in effect until 24 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.

The company confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and related regulatory requirements.
