JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announced its annual financial results for 2025. The company reported a revenue of approximately 20.289 billion yuan, representing a decrease of about 12.54% compared to the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was approximately 4.594 billion yuan, down by about 7.13% year-on-year. Earnings per share were 0.9119 yuan, and the board proposed a cash dividend of 0.49 yuan per share, inclusive of tax.

During the reporting period, the group generated toll revenue of about 9.555 billion yuan, a slight increase of approximately 0.29%. Toll revenue accounted for about 47.10% of the group's total operating revenue. Excluding construction revenue, this proportion was approximately 78.75%. Specifically, the average daily toll revenue from the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway was about 15.082 million yuan, an increase of roughly 4.93% year-on-year.
