The total number of issued ordinary shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code 00941) increased from 20,729,672,268 at the end of October 2025 to 20,737,818,688 at the end of November 2025, representing an increase of 8,146,420 shares. The company’s RMB shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 600941) remained at 902,767,867 shares, with no change during the period.

According to the return, the increase in shares stemmed from exercises under two share option schemes, resulting in 1,925,591 new shares issued under one scheme and 6,220,829 new shares issued under the other scheme. A total of 290,540 share options lapsed during the month. The company reported that a total of HKD 426,902,281.4 was raised from these exercises. No changes in treasury shares were noted.
