Weimob Inc. (2013) has postponed its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM), originally set for February 25, 2026, to March 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Shanghai. According to the announcement, the postponement was prompted by feedback from certain shareholders regarding limited voting time resulting from the Chinese New Year public holidays.

All resolutions outlined in the original notice remain unchanged and will be put forward on the new date. The register of members’ closure period and record date for EGM eligibility remain the same, and proxy forms already submitted will still be valid unless revoked or replaced before the rescheduled meeting time.
