According to forecasts from Wellsenn XR, global sales of AI smart glasses are expected to reach 7 million units in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of nearly 360% (with Meta's sales potentially reaching 5 million units), and are projected to hit 90 million units by 2030, indicating potential for rapid growth.

Meta's plan to double the production capacity of its AI-powered Ray-Ban glasses to 20 million units by 2026 also reflects its confidence in the sales potential of AI glasses.
