The board of SD GOLD (01787) has received a written resignation from non-executive director Mr. Liu Qin, submitted on June 22, 2026.

Due to work adjustments, specifically the policy that leaders of the controlling shareholder Shandong Gold Group Co., Ltd. do not hold concurrent leadership positions in the listed company, Mr. Liu Qin has resigned from his posts as vice chairman of the board, non-executive director, chairman of the board's sustainable development committee, and member of the board's audit committee and remuneration and appraisal committee.

Following his departure, Mr. Liu Qin will not hold any position within the company or its controlled subsidiaries.

On the same date, the board nominated Mr. Wang Chenglong as a candidate for non-executive director of the seventh board of directors.

His term, if elected at the shareholders' meeting, will commence from the date of election and last until the conclusion of the seventh board of directors' term.
