AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited (AI Energy Engineering; 01751) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bright View Intelligent Construction Limited, has entered into a two-year system integrator framework agreement with Rolls-Royce Solutions Hong Kong Ltd., part of the global Rolls-Royce group.
Under the arrangement, Rolls-Royce Solutions will supply Bright View with MTU Series 4000GS gas generator sets and related products. Bright View is authorised to carry out in-depth equipment integration and general assembly, allowing it to deliver complete energy solutions tailored to high-reliability, high-efficiency scenarios such as AI data centres. Subject to certain conditions, Bright View may also provide full lifecycle operation, maintenance and warranty services for integrated MTU equipment.
Management expects four strategic benefits:
1. Technical upgrade: Official MTU authorisation strengthens the Group’s capabilities in high-end gas power generation solutions. 2. Supply chain security: Direct access to MTU equipment improves reliability and timeliness of project deliveries. 3. Value-chain elevation: System integration and assembly rights move the Group further upstream, enabling more comprehensive service offerings. 4. Market expansion: Alignment with MTU’s global brand enhances prospects in Greater China and the fast-growing AI computing infrastructure market.
The framework sets parameters for cooperation but does not guarantee specific project execution. The agreement is neither a notifiable nor a connected transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
