TSH Resources Berhad announced that director Mr Fong Ging Pang recorded a change in his shareholding after his spouse, Chow Yoke Kuen, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares on May, 26 2026.

Following the transaction, Mr Fong’s indirect interest stands at 152,000 shares, representing about 0.012% of the company’s issued shares, while he holds no shares directly.

The company received the notification on May, 28 2026.
